How fast is your shipping?

A:

Our standard delivery time for all webshop orders is 7 business days from our warehouse in Germany. You will receive an e-mail with a shipping notification from UPS as soon as your new Varier chair is on its way!

When will I get my refund?

A:

Once we have received and checked the returned item, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed. Please note that this process may take up to several days, depending on your card provider. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

How can I get a new return slip?

A:

You will find your return label in the package you received from UPS. If you misplaced your return label please send an e-mail to webshop@varierfurniture.com including your order number and we will send you a new one!

How do I return my chair?

A:

A return label is included in your package when you receive it from UPS. Stick the return label on the package and either arrange a pick-up from UPS or take it to the nearest UPS customer center. The cost for the return is on us! Returns will only be accepted if the chair is in new condition with original packaging and accessories within 14 days from the date you received it.

Can I return my chair?

A:

We accept returns on chairs within 14 days from the date you received it. There is no return fee and shipping is free! This allows you to examine your Varier chair and decide if it is the perfect fit for you.  

Returns will only be accepted if the chair is in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Chairs that were tested in an appropriate manner and checked for damages will be refunded fully. If the chair has been damaged, the right to return the chair is no longer valid.

What if I want to exchange my chair?

A:

Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange service. You can of course return any product that you are not fully satisfied with. As soon as your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, your refund will be issued. If you would like another product, color or size, please place a new order.

What happens if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

A:

If you are not available at the time of delivery, UPS will either attempt to deliver your chair again, or your chair will be delivered at your nearest UPS Access Point. Once your chair is at an UPS Access Point, you can collect your chair when it suits your schedule. You’ll know that your chair is secure and, with locations open during weekend and evening hours, you won’t have to rush. To find information about the UPS Access Point location, use your tracking number on UPS.com.

Which countries do you deliver to?

A:

We are happy to offer delivery to the following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. 

Delivery to these countries is free of charge! If your country is not listed above, please reach out to one of our trusted retailers for more information about how to purchase our chairs. To find your ­­­nearest retailer please use the Find Retailer function on our website.

How can I track my order?

A:

All orders are delivered to you by UPS and have a tracking number. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as UPS collects your package at our warehouse. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to track your delivery on the UPS website. If you cannot find an e-mail notification from UPS, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case. If you have not received an e-mail notification from UPS, please contact us at webshop@varierfurniture.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I choose a specific date and time for my delivery?

A:

Unfortunately, for the time being we do not offer scheduled delivery. Please calculate 7 days delivery.
