Yes, we do! In fact, all our customers are given the possibility to register their chairs to be covered by our extended guarantee. All chairs bought in our webshop are automatically covered by this guarantee. Read more about the terms and conditions here.
How do I care for my furniture once I've received it?
Each product has unique care and maintenance instructions. Visit the Help & Support page and choose your product. Here you will find the information you need to care for your Varier chair, including assembly instructions, information about spare parts and washing instructions.
How accurate are the colors shown for each product?
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, we can't guarantee your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
I want to give a varier chair as a gift. do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
I want to have my chair delivered in another country than the one i am residing in – is this possible?
Unfortunately, due to tax rules and regulations it is not possible to order chairs from one country and have them delivered in another.
I have received a discount code – how do i use it?
Lucky you! All discounts are applied at check out.
What is your relationship with Stokke?
Our brand has its roots in the Norwegian company Stokke. Varier was established in 2006 when "Movement by Stokke" became a separate company. We still carry many of the classic chairs from that time, Variable, Gravity and Move as examples.
I’m having trouble registering my chair for the extended guarantee – what can i do?
If you’re having trouble registering your chair please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send an e-mail stating your full name together with a detailed description of the chair you wish to register, and the time and place it was purchased. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail which you can keep for future reference, should you need to make use of the extended guarantee. Remember to always keep your proof of purchase.
I’m having trouble signing into my account – what can i do?
If you’re having trouble signing into your account, please contact us at email@example.com we will do our best to assist you. Send an e-mail describing the problems you are having, from which browser you are trying to access your account, and the country you are currently accessing our site from. Screenshots are always helpful!
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your website?
We guarantee that our website is safe to use. We cooperate with DIBS, one of Scandinavia's leading providers of payment solutions for online merchants. After you have selected your desired item and pressed card payment by DIBS you will be redirected to a secure page at DIBS where you leave your card information. No credit card information will be stored by Varier. If your credit card is enrolled in secure e-commerce (3D Secure), you will also have to confirm the purchase with your bank ID. If you prefer not to enter your credit card details we also offer alternative payment options, including PayPal and Klarna for select countries.
How will varier furniture protect my personal information?
We respect your privacy and do not tolerate spam and will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information to any third party, nor will we send you unsolicited email.
