Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping within the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. All fees and VAT are included. Our products are shipped from Poland using DHL Express Economy.

Please note that if you are visiting our website from outside of these regions, the "Add to cart" button will not be visible. If you are in one of the listed countries and encounter any issues, try changing your network connection as it is based on your IP address.

What is the delivery time?
In-stock products are typically delivered within 5–14 days.
Made-to-order products are typically delivered within 2–6 weeks.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on your shipping location and seasonality. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you.
What does made-to-order mean?
We are proud to offer the full Varier collection online. With our configurator, you can choose from a wide range of upholstery options and finishes to create a chair that perfectly complements your space.
Please note that made-to-order products are crafted specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return.
Can I return my order?
In-stock products can be returned within 14 days. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, including all documents. The cost of return is to be covered by the customer. Return shipments are sent to our address in Poland. If you wish to make a return please contact us at customerservice@varierfurniture.com and we will help you arrange the return.
Please note that made-to-order products are not eligible for returns as they are made specifically for you.
Refunds will be processed upon confirmation of receipt in our warehouse. We handle refunds as promptly as we can, you can expect the reimbursement within 7 business days after confirmation.
How do I assemble my chair?
You can easily access assembly instructions for your new product on the product page, or follow this link to access video assembly instructions for all products. Note not to tighten the screws too much on wooden chairs until they are assembled.

How does warranty and claims work?
Varier product warranties are in accordance with national consumer laws. Furthermore, Varier offers an extended 10-year warranty on wooden and polypropylene parts for products that are registered online. Register your product here. The extended guarantee is valid for flaws and defects in the manufacturing or workmanship of the product. Normal wear and tear on fabric and components are not covered.

For easy handling, we will need the following:
- Detailed description of the problem
- Close-up and distant pictures showing the issue
- Video if needed
Please note: Transport damages must be reported to the courier upon delivery and to us within 48 hours. Missing or incorrect parts should be reported within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Your order confirmation email can serve as an invoice. However, if you require a more detailed invoice with business details such as VAT number, simply reply to the order confirmation email with your specifications. We'll promptly provide you with an updated invoice in PDF format.
How can I avoid counterfeit Varier products?
Unfortunately, there are fake websites that claim to represent Varier Furniture, using our name and images to mislead customers, often with unrealistically low prices. To ensure you’re purchasing an original Varier chair, please refer to the Find Retailer section on our website or directly through varierfurniture.com.

Is Varier connected to Stokke?
Yes. Varier was established in 2006 when Stokke’s product lines were divided into independent companies.
As part of this transition, Varier took over several iconic designs, including Variable™, Gravity™, Move™, Ekstrem™, Multi™ and Wing™.
We are proud of this heritage and take great care in managing the design rights to these original pieces of Norwegian design history. Our approach is rooted in evolution rather than revolution - making small, thoughtful improvements over time, in close collaboration with the designers and their estates, while preserving the fundamental character of each chair.

I am placing an order on behalf of my business. Can my order be invoiced without VAT?
All orders placed through varierfurniture.com are processed as private purchases, and local VAT is applied based on the delivery country. This means we cannot issue VAT-exempt invoices or apply the intra‑community reverse‑charge mechanism at checkout. However, if you reply to your order confirmation email with your business details and VAT number, we can provide an updated invoice in PDF format. You may then use this invoice to reclaim VAT locally, in accordance with your country’s tax regulations.
