Your chair was made to last. Protect it for longer with our extended warranty. Simply register your chair by filling out the form on this page. Once the registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In case you wish to make use of your extended guarantee, please keep the confirmation e-mail and your original proof of purchase. Please read the details of the extended warranty below. 

Varier Furniture Extended Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty includes:

  • 10 years – structural failures such as cracks or breakage of wooden, metal and polypropylene components.
  • 5 years – mechanical components (including moving parts and mechanisms).
  • 5 years – stitching and seams in upholstery.

A manufacturing defect includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cracks or breakage of wooden, metal or plastic components under normal use.
  • Structural failure affecting the functionality or safety of the product.

The warranty applies only if:

  • The product is used for its intended purpose.
  • The product is used indoors under normal environmental conditions*.
  • The product is properly maintained according to Varier guidelines.
  • The maximum user weight does not exceed 110 kg.
  • The product has not been modified or repaired without Varier’s approval

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including: 
  • wrinkles, folds, or stretching of fabric and leather 
  • pilling of fabric 
  • discoloration or fading occurring during use 

  • Natural variations in materials (e.g. wood grain, knots, color differences) 
  • Softening or deformation of foam resulting from normal use 
  • Damage caused by incorrect use, improper assembly, or lack of maintenance 
  • Damage caused by external factors such as sunlight, humidity, temperature, or pollution 
  • Damage caused to floors, carpets, or other surfaces by the product 
  • Any indirect or consequential damage 

If a valid claim is accepted, Varier Furniture will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace defective parts.
  • Replace the product with an equivalent model.
  • Cover transport costs.

Varier Furniture shall not be held responsible for:

  • Damage caused by the product to other property (e.g. floors, surfaces).
  • Any indirect or consequential losses.

Varier Furniture’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
